Principle: Don’t make prayer like the last kid picked to play dodge ball, make it the first choice because it is the best place to start.

- Principle: If it’s big enough to worry about, pray about it instead. Don’t suppress or repress it. Confess it to Him. Worry is worthless.
- Principle: Don’t worry about having the right words; worry more about having the right heart. It’s not eloquence he seeks, just honesty.

- Principle: Trying to forget doesn’t work. But you CAN let God give new meaning to bad things that have happened to you.
