In Christmas Stories we are telling the stories of Christmas. Sure, we are all familiar with the 'classic' Christmas stories of the Bible. But we are opening them up again and revisiting what we can learn from them, how we can apply their lessons to our lives today, even beyond December. Last week we looked at the story of Mary, and how God had called her — and calls each of us — to a life of courage, of faith, and surrender to God's will. This study moves us out into an open field where a group of shepherds heard some news that they just couldn’t miss.
